Terrible app and some cameras have stopped working
Do not buy, i got these because I needed something quickly but now i wish i had taken my time in selecting a security camera setup. App doesn’t connect to cameras constantly since day one.
Worthless app
App been slow and now can't even log in or reset password...sure won't buy any wisenet camera systems or their other products no more...need a zero star option!

Terrible customer service
I’ve had this system do about 5 years, worked great until a couple months ago. I can not see cameras through the mobile app, I’ve tried everything to restore it nothing has worked. When I call for help from customer service no help what so every other than telling me to do what I’ve told them I’ve already done. Would not recommend this protect.

One star is too many
This app is crap. It never works at all. I regret purchasing this system believing it would work as advertised. Very regrettable. Don’t spend a penny on this unless you want to glue yourself to tv screens and watch the whole day.

Cometí la estupidez de cambiar mis cámaras Dahua por esta basura que se desconfiguran, lo único que quieren hacer después ve vender sus cámaras que son más caras, te quieren vender el espacio en la nube. Si sistema de reproducción desde el teléfono es BASURA, no adelanta, no reproduce a mayor velocidad

Total waste
If you like to check cameras from your phone through the mobile app then it’s a complete waste the app is trash and does not work at all.
Don’t buy it
Cameras are good but the app is useless. Not real live motion events and not way to change the accuracy settings, if you want to see a specific motion event you have to watch the entire hour, only works for single users.
Can’t see the camera from your phone
This is ashame that you want answers the phone for your customers to fix the problem. My cameras want let you view them from your phone it keep saying you are offline! Answer the phone to help your customer

It should be evidenced by the fact there has not been an update for this app in over three years. Short and sweet, it doesn’t work.

The App crash and very hard to use. I have not been able to view from my phone for more than a year now
App issues
The camera power supplies died in a year I replaced them both for the model # SDR-85307.
The system initially worked great 2 years in the app doesn’t work, I keep having to delete and reinstall but still doesn’t work on my iPhone 8+ or iPhone 11.
I have younger kids that we are try to groom to be more responsible by giving them small liberties but we can’t do that because we are unable to use our apps to insure they are safe outside as well as monitor our cup de sac for safety and other incidents that may occur. So if at all possible contact me let’s resolve it or get it replaced. Thanks

The app is appalling! Most of the time it doesn’t pull up the cameras.
Awful app
Developers, could you make this app more useless or harder to use? I don’t think so.
Non-existent service
Do NOT buy these cameras. The cameras are good but you can only view them while at home. If someone were trespassing or breaking in while you’re away, you’d never know since the app doesn’t work. Customer service number just rings & no one ever answers. Do yourself a favor & go with another brand.

Don’t waste your time
I’ve been trying to reach their customer support since last august. Zero response by email and no one answers the phone. This is literally the worst brand/company experience I’ve encountered.
Loved the app until a few weeks ago
This app doesn’t work and their tech service is awol. The tech I spoke with said there is no date on when or if it will be fixed. Great work WISENET!
