Terrible app and some cameras have stopped working
Do not buy, i got these because I needed something quickly but now i wish i had taken my time in selecting a security camera setup. App doesn’t connect to cameras constantly since day one.
Worthless app
App been slow and now can't even log in or reset password...sure won't buy any wisenet camera systems or their other products no more...need a zero star option!

Tried to email customer service repeatedly like
they say to do and there is no response. We’ve been having issues with one of the cameras and have been trying to delete footage

Terrible customer service
I’ve had this system do about 5 years, worked great until a couple months ago. I can not see cameras through the mobile app, I’ve tried everything to restore it nothing has worked. When I call for help from customer service no help what so every other than telling me to do what I’ve told them I’ve already done. Would not recommend this protect.
