Have to do everything on an internet browser because this piece of plop won’t even let me sign in. Even after I bought it online and pressed “show in app” it showed me some random ticket from London to Manchester?

It’s just a typical suburban journey. Too many trains are cancelled or reduced in size so a lot of overcrowding early and late rush hours. But the service is good mostly. It will get you there.

Literally unusable right now
I love this app, it is much simpler than Trainline and doesn't have their fees but since changing phones the app literally doesn't work for me, I can't search trains or view my existing tickets, I just get a vague error message. One thing I do need a travel app to do is work!

Terrible since update
The best thing about this app was to see the earlier stations on a route, then you could see if train was running on time, on the cross city line this was so useful.
Removed live train tracker
Was good until you removed live train status tracker for your journey. Can’t tell where you are now. Please add the functionality at please

I’m so annoyed and disappointed that the live updates and calling points have been removed from this app! Why were these functions removed?

Taken away live tracking
App used to be good until you took away live tracking so now can’t see where the train is and if it’s left where it should. Asked online where it’s gone and someone said they’d get back to me but nothing.
