I paid for Pro but no longer have it

Many many years ago I paid “one time” for Pro version, but after years many features were taken away and now I offered to pay $134 “one time” again for pro features. This is not ok.

Добрый день! Сделайте пожалуйста кнопку Сохранить (когда сохраняешь примечание) на месте кнопки Удалить (внизу примечания), так интуитивно намного удобнее, а кнопку Удалить можно сделать в виде значка в любом другом месте, а то я постоянно удаляю примечание вместо того чтобы его сохранить

Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что у вас установлена последняя версия приложения: в недавних обновлениях был добавлен дополнительный диалог подтверждения перед удалением, чтобы избежать случайной потери заметок.

Good but not great, needs better UX

I can’t say I enjoy using this app but it’s probably the best one-time payment option for the kind of features I’m looking for so I put up with the limitations. There are various symptoms to choose from which is great, but the search bar for it is really finicky and will sometimes just reset when you try to select the severity level of the symptom forcing you to have to retype it and try selecting again really carefully. It’s cumbersome and frustrating to use. The calendar view with icons for each symptom is nice, but if you can’t remember the name of the exact symptom for each icon, you have to scroll down through the whole list of symptoms to see which ones you selected. It would be nice to just have this list up front when you click into the date or if the symptom name would pop up if you click on the icon (more ideal). The colors and the fonts are kind of cluttered and I feel like I just spend more time in the app trying to get a full picture of everything than I really want to. I do like that you can use the main search bar to find old records which is useful for tracking important dates like Pap smears or when IUD was inserted, etc. The flexibility of the period calendar is also a nice feature and I like how it updates its predictions based on the symptoms you provide, although I still can’t verify if it truly works or not. I hope they continue to make improvements to the app.

2013년부터 2025년 4월까지 무료로 계속 쓰다가 구매했어요. 차이는 광고 없는 것 빼고 딱히 없는 것 같지만 어차피 매달 쓰는 어플이라 구매~!!

Лучшее приложение для женщин

Благодарю за отличное приложение! Пользуюсь этим приложением много лет, очень удобное, всё есть и постоянно улучшается!
Пожелание: если можно добавить выбор времени начала дня, чтоб он начинался не с 12 ночи, а с 6 утра, например, чтоб каждый мог это выбирать, для меня это было бы очень удобно!

Ну как так-то

Давно пользуюсь приложением, но разочарована. Данные со старого iPhone невозможно перенести на новый. Нажимаю на точку восстановления, а данные не обновляются, хотя написано что восстановление завершено.

Обманули

Больше 10 лет пользовалась этим приложение, специально покупала версию постоянную с единовременной оплатой. И что, она тоже оказалась не вечная… якобы подписка истекла! Какая подписка, если я уже давно купила программу без подписки!!!!!

Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Понимаем, почему это вызывает недоумение. Хотим пояснить: ваша купленная Pro-версия с разовой оплатой остаётся действительной и бессрочной — она не превращалась в подписку и не истекала. При этом в приложении появились дополнительные функции по подписке — это отдельные, необязательные возможности, которые не заменяют и не отменяют Pro-версию, приобретённую ранее.

New design is flawed (Dec 2024)

I like this app and have been using it for years.
I’m not a fan of the new design, as options navigation are not that intuitive (it’s not a matter of a learning curve, it’s just not intuitive). The biggest flaw so far in the new design is in the Summary. The Cycles chart new design make it completely useless. There’s no way of looking at it to visualize the length of the cycle. One needs to read the number written next to each cycle one by one. It completely defies the purpose of the chart. I understand the value of adding the heat data in there, but the way it was implemented in the design made it useless and unusable.

Много лет пользуюсь приложением, давно купила про версию, но теперь версия стала не полной и они снова хотят, чтоб я платила. Это не приятно, сейчас у меня про, теперь деньги просят за премиум, что дальше? Супер-премиум?

Пользуюсь много лет, но после обновления приложение стало ужасным!!!!
Общая сводка, календарь неудобны. При нажатии на средний вес в месяц и за 2 недели - теперь просто ничего не показывается. Уберите цифры над графиком или возможность их убирать. Невозможно смотреть на график и растянуть сдать его тоже нельзя, только по кнопочкам. Это не удобно.
Мультяшные кнопки, я до сих пор привыкнуть не могу и путаюсь.

A nova atualização dificultou a visualização dos gráficos.
Sugiro retornar para o formato anterior, com a escala nos eixos e sem todos os rótulos de dados.

Добрый день! Пользуюсь приложением много лет. Привыкла и была довольна, но после обновления интерфейс изменился в худшую сторону. Особенно неудобен к использованию график веса!!! Зачем то на каждой точки стоит вес и когда выбираю период несколько месяцев или год, вместо графика вижу какую то непонятную массу. Года тоже не понятно как выбрать. Например если есть необходимость посмотреть динамику за 2022 год?
Возможно ли скорректировать или вернуть все как было?!

Новый дизайн

Прекрасное приложение, уже 10 лет пользования. Но вот новый дизайн совсем не удобный!!! Особенно сводка. Не видно цифры, даты, нельзя перемещать периоды. Может доработаете? Или верните предыдущий формат. спасибо!

Uso o app há mais de 10 anos

Desde então, fiz a compra única do pro e agora querem cobrar novamente. Acho absurdo. É o melhor, não vivo sem, mas acho essa nova cobrança indevida.

10 out of 10 Would recommend!

Paid for the app when I had an Android. Switched to an Apple years ago. Still have everything saved but would like it if they (the app) realized I already paid for it, just under an Android phone. Bet useful and informative! Highly recommend!

Верните пожалуйста предыдущую версию приложения

До недавнего обновления все нравилось и работало супер, особенно нравился график веса, который было удобно масштабировать и строить усредненные значения за разные промежутки времени. В обновленном дизайне эта функция не работает, график выглядит ужасно, масштабируется только кнопкой выбором из заданных временных промежутков, ограниченных годом. Более того усредненные кривые больше не строятся. С обновлением пользоваться таким недоработанным и некрасивым приложением нет никакого желания
