REGION BLOCKED
CANT EVEN USE THE APP NOW. Says ‘region blocked, contact customer support’ then I contact customer support and they said they don’t know why it’s doing that and to try again later. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS! Going to get another bank to work with!
Good luck trying trying to transfer to any other bank 🤦♂️

No Zelle
Woodforest, not allowing Zelle as a over the road truck driver, makes me have to spend way more money moving money right away

Woodforest has always been my bank! They have helped me with second chance checking, making sure that I have regular updates, and stay up on my abilities with my small business and having the obstacles that life brings!

I would like this bank more if it used other bank options such as Zelle and perhaps being able to transfer funds greater than $500 to other accounts with more frequent transactions.

Every time I turn around, there is some error about the app being down and to contact customer service. It's incredibly inconvenient and one of the reasons I will be changing banks.
