Not user friendly app
The Woods app for Johnstown isn’t user friendly. You can’t browse for items. Type in “water” or “cereal” and no search results for products pop up. “Coupons for you” doesn’t generate a single coupon.
New to App
I’m new to this app . I called to see how to pick-up the groceries I ordered this morning. The girl that I talked to was very helpful. I also ,had to ask about a product that wasn’t explained on the app . She went out of her way to find out about it, to help me.

I have been shopping at this grocery store since 1980’s. The store managers and employees have always been very courteous and helpful and the store is kept nice and clean. You couldn’t ask for better service!

Finding products.
The finding of products could be made a lot simpler. Like garlic. Wanted fresh could not find. A case of Sprite could not find. This could be a great ap if you could simplify the description. Ice cubed frozen 10# bag no luck. So some items are not even listed???

Nice idea but not practical
I took the time to enter a shopping list for pickup. When I got to checkout the earliest pickup time was three days later. Not feasible for groceries. I deleted the app and will just ship the traditional way.
Has potential!
I want to love this app, and I use it weekly, but two major features missing: the ability to move around the items on the list (to make shopping more efficient, I’d use the tool to arrange my list in order of the store). Even if the app arranged my list by aisle (since it already provided item location), that would be beneficial. Second would be a “delete checked items” feature, so when I have a long grocery list, I don’t have to keep scrolling over items I’ve already checked off.

Great potential
This service is wonderful but the app needs work. I usually get kicked out 4-5 times when generating my cart. The good news is it does seem to keep my cart in tact but it is annoying and makes me question if it’s truly working. I’ve also gotten notifications the my order was received and ready for pickup days after I’d already picked it up. The whole thing just seems a little unstable. I’m hopeful that updates are in the works.

App doesn't update.
At first the app worked great. I could view ads with taking the paper. The fuel rewards are nice, but now the app doesn't update to reflect current fuel rewards balance!

Can't even get into the app to view anything. The app crashes before I can even open it.

So happy that Wood's is offering this app and new curbside service! Surpasses expectations! Willing to pay a tad more to be able to have convenient service, while shopping local!
"Loyalty card"
Requiring a loyalty card to take advantage of ad pricing is an awful, awful policy. I would be a lot more concerned if there wasn't a box store right next to my wifi that consistently offers lower prices and price matches when they don't, but it's unfortunate because I like to shop locally when I can.
Also: the app crashes when I switch from landscape to portrait on my iPad Air 2 running iOS 10.2.1.
