Uses AI in advertising
They use AI to advertise their app, which I feel like is enough proof that they don’t feel like putting in effort where it matters. Didn’t find the app particularly helpful when I used it either. Was better off training my service dog on my own without the app’s involvement.
Rip Off
This company started billing me once a month and now they are billing me 8 times a month. I did not authorize this!! Do not sign up for this SCAM!
Bait and switch
I think this might have been a good program but, the bait and switch caused too much of a sticker shock for me to find out.
I bought the program for what I thought was around $37. Turns out the program is an actual subscription service that cost around $97. That is significantly different from the “introductory” price or maybe it was an actual case of whoops I missed it. Either way, I feel betrayed by the company and its deceptive marketing ploy. Please just be upfront with the customers to avoid stress and sticker shock later.
