Crashing and freezing
It’s such a shame since I do love the app overall but it will not stop freezing and crashing. It’s made my phone itself unusable since I can’t close out of it either. I’ve played for half an hour today and had to try to force shut down my entire phone to get out of the frozen app four times already. And three times it’s just flickered. I deleted and redownloaded it and it didn’t seem to help either. All the other apps on my phone are working fine. Hope it gets fixed.

Love this app
Edit: I watch all ads you throw at me but now … I’m listening to my music and all of a sudden music stops & ad starts talking … LOUDLY.
If your app is silenced so should your ads be. Sadly, I’ve stopped playing multiple times a day and even skip a few days now .. oh well something better will show up
I LOVE (not so thrilled these days) this app & play multiple times daily.
To those who complain about ads … I just wonder why you think it should be completely free to play? When you all start doing your jobs for no pay, only then should you expect ad free games.

Had to stop playing.
I have been playing this game for over 2 years. I looked past the increase ads and etc but now the game is just unplayable
It freezes and crashes. I can not do it anymore. I thought it would get fixed after complaints are logged by other players but nope.
It was good while it last. I almost had 1k days on the wordle. 🤷🏽♀️

Good game but…
I really like this game. But for some reason it keeps freezing up and I can’t play. So unfortunately I had to delete
Greed & Bots
This game used to be good and the actual game is still good. Where they lose me and many others I suspect is their greed. They try and coerce you into “paying to get ahead” constantly eg paying for more time at the end of your round. This is especially ridiculous as it diminishes the integrity of the game if you are playing a real opponent. They also have tons of Ads every second. Its so exhausting and makes the experience horrible. Then if you want to pay for the ads to go you have to pay a ridiculous subscription fee. £3.49 per week or £8.99 per month or £43.99 per year??? Really, I’d rather pay for Netflix at £4.99 per month which is far more cheaper and I get tons of movies, shows and games.
The developers need a reality check and I think bcos of this theyve lost so many players that they now have to resort to bots pretending to be human and totally got rid of their “live” challenge game possibly because a lack of players. Crossword Go and Crossword Master don’t have as much functions and features as Wordgrams but they have got bigger player base going by the rating figures. Probably because they aren’t as money hungry games.

Had for 10 mins & IT’S GONE!!!
Had for 10 mins and saw 20+ ads & that is not the worse of it- ad at the top of the page (in addition to ads between every play) BLOCKS clues at the top. Tried shrinking the “board”, moving, rotating my screen…. Nothing would provide the very top line. Did I bother with support? NO, with reviews from over 4yrs ago that should not be an issue that needs assistances…..

Freezing
I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for a while. But it often has some kind of glitching to it. I have had the same issues that others are reported where all of my tiles get wiped away. But most recently, the game is now freezing where I have to restart the game multiple times during one turn and it is affecting my streaks and for some of the timed stuff, the outcome. I am a paid member and considering canceling my membership. Constantly having to restart and watching it affect my game is not fun

Love the game but it keeps freezing
I been playing this game for awhile and I love it but lately it has been freezing and crashing and it’s really irritating I tried to contact support but the button won’t take me anywhere or pull anything up.

Power drain
Excellent, fun and addictive game, but it drains your battery very quickly and overheats phone
Unplayable
After the first few games that were ad-free, they place an ad banner at the top, so I could not see the clues or part of the top word on the board. At that point , it was unplayable. To say nothing of the addition of ad breaks every turn.
Ads make the game virtually unplayable
The game is fun but the constant 30-90 seconds long ads after every task made this app horrible! It’s buggy too so you’ll be sitting there waiting for the skip option to come up and it just doesn’t. It’s gotten to the point where closing out the app and going back in is faster than waiting for the ad to be over.

I really like this word gram & puzzle it is fast paced and it is easy and challenging.it is fun and exciting.
Way too many ads
This game would be really fun but it has way too many ads. I get that you need them, but I can’t get through one game without 10 ads, that’s just ludicrous. You could have way more downloads and players if you scaled back the ads.

Crash and Ad city
This game crashes so much it’s hard to play. And you end up watching multiple ads per game while waiting for other players. It’s a fun game, just wish both of those would go away.
