Server keeps going down
I keep getting server down errors pretty often, even after I’ve paid for a booking and want to use it to enter a workspace.

The latest update is wonderful as it is easy to use, clear navigation and fun design making it an essential app when using to book coworking spaces.
Predatory practices
WorkBuddy's free trial is misleading and deceptive. They charged me for a full month before my trial even ended, despite their UX suggesting a full week. The customer service is unhelpful and refuses refunds for their own mistakes. Avoid this app at all costs.

I am thoroughly impressed by the new interface. This new version is a significant improvement over the old app. It not only looks great but also works much smoother. The user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to navigate. I highly recommend WorkBuddy for anyone looking to streamline their work processes. Kudos to the developers!

The user experience is not in focus
The app works as expected and supports the required functionalities. But the design of the app seriously looks like something from the early 2000s, which gives off the impression that the company doesn’t have the user in focus.

I’ve been using workbuddy for a few months now, it’s simply the best! I’m on the unlimited plan which is gives super value for money.
I’ve really enjoyed checking into various coworking offices to do my work when I’m tired of WFH. So convenient and flexible for choices to suit which part of the city I’m in. Exploring different spaces has been exciting too. You can try luxurious premium offices, creative fun types or even just quiet ones with amazing views of Marina Bay.
App is super easy to use and their customer service was very helpful when I had questions. 👍🏻

I have been using this service for 3 months now and super happy with my pass. Have so much choice and doesnt burn a hole in your pocket
Great utility but unusable- keeps crashing
Please fix the app before a competitor comes in and provides the same service at a higher quality (the bar is pretty low)
Terrible lockin periods
The subscription effectively locks you in for an additional month because you will be forced to pay for the coming month despite their website claiming to allow you to cancel anytime. Terrible experience and will not recommend to anyone.

App is very simple to use and membership is very flexible. Able to choose where to work for the day and just check in without much hassle.

Our office is in Tampines and for our sales people we use work-buddy. Gives them access across the island. Ask for their customised plans for corporates.

I’ve been using work-buddy since January (so nearly 3 months) and I have to say I’m really impressed. I work for a startup where my role needs me to meet with clients all over the city and I need to network as much as possible. Work-buddy gives me both of these, in my pocket. I find the app easy to use and the team are always helpful when I ever have a question or an issue. Features are regularly added too to improve functionality which is always a plus. I’m a happy member!
