Crashes constantly

The app could be great, but is constantly crashing. Many times the thing won’t open up and it just spins. Very infuriating when you need to start and stop a job.

App no longer works with new apple update and is unavailable on android. Very unprofessional

Horrible Company

The program was great, until it just wasn’t. Verizon has limited resources for customer support, they do not remove costs for field users when I terminate techs, the apps aren’t compatible with androids any longer. My techs can’t even create jobs in the field. We are a 24/7 hvac service company and can’t creat jobs after hours. Our customers never receive their invoices if we email through the Verizon platform. The sync between fleet attics and quickbooks ALWAYS DISCONNECTS. I will be so happy when my contract is up.

Awful reliability

I’ve been using this app from day one , every single day. Every time you open the app up you have to close it and do it again. This happens multiple times throughout the day.

Doesn’t work with iPad 10

Doesn’t work correctly with iPad 10th generation. Constantly freezing on startup logo and nothing helps to start the app.

Lazily made

Notes section only has a small window where you can read/type in so you can only see 15% of what’s actually there.

Have to manually capitalize new sentences in notes for some weird reason.

Can only upload 1 image at a time to documents and half the time the app crashes while uploading.

Constantly crashes

Have to restart iPad multiple times a day to get it to work. Bugs of every kind. Features advertised don’t work.

Apps garbage

Rarely opens up on the first try normally have to force close it or reboot the phone to use it.

Update again

Needs another update. CONSTANTLY freezing. Half the apps functions aren’t working half the time please field test this better and update. I’m trying to get work done and make money. Thanks.

Unproductive app

Constantly having issues in our company latest issue is it won’t bring up stock and in accounts so how are we supposed to bill out a job .Last week it was we couldn’t select a routine maintenance and would close of job this is supposed to make our job easier but instead creates more stress

Shocking

We have of today moved to ServiceM8.

Fleet constantly logs you out, states job no longer available to you, looses all the work done information or uploads don’t save.
Good riddance!

Crashing

Do not update work classic crashes all the time the worst move I made

Absolutely terrible.

Constantly have to logout/login to have some chance of this app loading correctly. Try not to upload too much information otherwise it'll crash. Trouble entering text without the screen jumping around. Trouble saving completion notes without session timeout errors. Trouble loading more than one picture, trouble saving equipment details or service reports. Truly awful.

Poorly executed app

Doesn’t save data locally so if you lose signal you lose half the information.
Very clunky to use. Constantly locks up and needs to be reset.

Service technician

My company uses this program and I hate it so bad it half way works and it takes so long to upload one picture I would never ever use this application for my own business
