Absolutely useless
As a service tech, I use this daily. I’m assuming our office uses it because it is free. It’s absolutely 100% useless.
Works absolutely terrible on I phone but ok on android
I use this app for work and it shuts itself down I can’t see pictures that have been loaded and when I try and load pictures that I’ve took it shuts itself down it’s terrible for iPhone but everyone at my company who use it on android say it works fine

My company made the mistake of signing on with Fleetmatics in 2016, for the first year or so it was great… then Verizon bought them out. Constant problems, system crashes, app errors, no synchronization. Customer support is horrible…
If you make the wrong judgment call and sign on with them, be sure to back up EVERYTHING…

Absolute garbage. Unusable
I have this app on two separate phones and it crashes constantly on both of them. It's always been a bad app but now it's downright unusable. Tech support is useless. IT has logged multiple tickets. Good luck. Paper invoices and crayons would be more efficient.
