Unable to input MFA Code
No keyboard functions are available to input the MFA Authenticator 6 digit code. I can select a code placeholder, but the app does not provide keyboard functionality.
The MFA allows to answer security questions, however the platform only allows users to configure one MFA option, such as an Authenticator code, but not also security questions. Such a backup MFA option is wise when something like this occurs, but the system doesn’t even allow users to configure security questions if MFA is already configured for authentication codes.
So I can’t even log into the app.
Should get a one star for this, but I like the web platform as it stands currently improved.
Ensuring users can actually input MFA credentials seems like an essential priority to address for an update.

Would appreciate improved log in
App does what I need to do for time sheets. But I would like to see Apple Passwords working (keyboard doesn’t change to give you the saved Apple password) or biometric login.
Developer stuck in Internet Explorer era
For the developer of work timesheets to create worst timesheets app, you must need to review your staff timesheets. They might cheat theirs.
Sign in not working
Just get a spinning loading screen after signing in but never actually finishes the login.
Significant Usability and Performance Issues
Cons:
1. Overlapping Tasks:
• A 3-hour task (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) and a 30-minute task added within the same timeframe result in a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes recorded. This overlap seems to be an issue.
2. Start/Stop Functionality:
• The app’s Start/Stop function only activates from the moment it is initiated. Users cannot backdate the start time if they forget to start the timer.
3. Daily Time Totals:
• The mobile app does not show the total hours worked each day, making it difficult to track weekly hours and overtime.
4. Typing Errors:
• Entering “133” on the phone records the time as 13:03 instead of 13:30, which could lead to potential errors in time recording.
5. Password Issues:
• When logged out, the app does not remember the password or have access to iOS password management, requiring users to retype their login credentials every time.
6. Job Selection:
• Every time a job is entered, it has to be typed and chosen again. The last used job should be at the top of the list for easier selection.
7. Keyboard Blocking Typing Area:
• When pressing the “other” or “description” field, the keyboard pops up and blocks the typing area. The screen should automatically scroll up to allow users to see what they are typing.
8. Navigating Days:
• There is no easy way to jump to the next day. Users must go back to the week view and select another day, making it time-consuming to fill in day-by-day tasks for the same contractor.
9. Lagging Issues:
• The app experiences lag even when using a super-fast internet connection.
Pros:
• So far, no significant advantages have been found other than the app starting successfully.
