Great App and Great Support
I’ve been looking for an app to keep track of my smaller jobs without having to pay for an expensive construction management program. WorkNotes is exactly the type of app I was looking for.
I can keep my job notes, photos, materials, tasks, pricing and voice notes all together in one place. It’s simple and doesn’t feel overloaded with features that I don’t need.
What has impressed me the most so far is the developer support. I reached out with a suggestion for adding a way to track extras or additional work on a job, and the developer responded very quickly, asked me for an example of how I would use it, and said they would look at adding it in a future update. That kind of responsiveness is rare.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the app continues to develop. For a small contractor/handyman who just wants a straightforward way to keep track of jobs, I’d definitely recommend giving WorkNotes a try.
Great app, great price, and most importantly, a developer who actually listens to users.

Fantastic App!!
This app is precisely what I need and none of the extra stuff that makes many other apps tiring to use and not worth it.
This app has a great price, allows simple invoice generation, storing of photos, voice notes, sharing of proj. Details and has a great developer responsive to input!! I spent at least a year looking for an app like this that could organize all my jobs, photos and notes and had given up until I picked up the search again a few weeks ago. The simple
Invoicing feature is a bonus that I am now enamored with. If you are a contractor of some sort I STRONGLY recommend this app and I am also sure it will continue to be improved based on feedback from the developer.
