No matter what workouts I tried, no matter how good they were, I kept coming back to this app🧘🏻‍♀️. And there are a lot of workouts: programs specially created for this app 👍. There is also a great collection of recipes, all in all an app that I can recommend with a clear conscience; be it for beginners or experienced athletes. There is something for everyone! This app simply stays up to date; there are always new exercise programs and recipes.😍

The app simply combines everything. From mobility, progression in every training session, mixed method training (never gets boring), functional training to proper pumping. Just awesome ! Keep it up💪💪💪💪

Fantastic ☠️☠️☠️

I tried a bit of it during the lockdown, with the gyms closed, and
I fell in love with this app. Lots of choices for exerciese, I renewed for a year and still I am not bored and I have not given up even a day of workout. I love Workout for Women!
