Decent App but needs multiple payment support
Love the app and reward program however it’s difficult to add a gift card and finish paying with a credit card. If we could add gift card balances to our account that would be great. Or at least add multiple payment functionality. Thanks!

The old loyalty program was better
I miss the old loyalty program. This new app makes it hard to order and I can’t even leave feedback on my orders. Go back to the old loyalty program!
Can’t redeem rewards
Really lazy app development that doesn’t allow you to redeem earned rewards through the app. Kind of insane and really obnoxious.
Clunky
The app is clunky and won’t save my personal information despite multiple times of updating it. I want my bday reward! :)

Can’t checkout because the app won’t let me save any of my contact information
App crashing
Used this app multiple times a week. Now, post update I can’t complete an order. App crashes every time I try and checkout.

Lame app
It’s sad that you don’t get any benefits here from ordering. No one there let’s you know about the other app thanxs that gives you credit. Ever since they opened the Stanford location I’ve gone at least once a week and didn’t get credit for ordering from them.
This app is how not to make one.
Poor layout. No way to see past orders. No cart icon. It’s terrible.
If you are a repeat customer the app won’t work
They clearly don’t want my business. I entered my order and attempted to check out 4 times. Each time it said my mobile number was in use, and wouldn’t let me move forward. No login, just stuck in check out. I had to order from somewhere else, the app doesn’t work.

No Apple Pay
I don’t enter credit card numbers in apps. So this is useless to me.
Can’t see the locations
This is crazy. World Wrapps has only 3 locations and the app only shows 2 of them and fails to show the one I’m only 3 miles away from. It’s not like you are Starbucks, don’t even mess around with my location, just show me all of them.
