We’ve used Wotif several times recently in the course of a longer holiday. We need more budget options and Wotif has mostly come thru. Easy to use.
Great little hotel in Tours
We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy with the fantastic friendly staff, incredible breakfast buffet and comfy rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt very welcome as guests at the Labe. The Robertsons.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff
Clean room with view of airport runway. Staff were very friendly and good cooked breakfast. Only small issue was very soft bed but still slept well due curtains drawn made room completely dark.Would stay here again !
Needs improvement
No easy way to leave a stay review and prices are not that good.
Sensational
The most boutique, quaint, tranquil cottage that welcomes you from the front gate. Wayne has gone to great measure to ensure you don’t want to leave. Perfect location, private and peaceful, 2 minutes to a thriving country pub with a meal and country service that warms your heart and fills your belly. Bendemeer is the place to stay.

Wotif doesn’t follow up on refunds offered
Wouldn’t use this service. Wotif don’t follow up and provide false promises. My bank will now have to follow them up.
Incompetent
After booking flights and accommodation and paying over $5500 we were told the next morning, not by Wotif,but the actual hotel that they had no vacancies and our accommodation was cancelled. Then I was hung up on by your Supervisor when trying to seek an answer. I will be posting on Social media how pathetic Wotif is.

Holiday Stay
Great place and Great location, our only negative is we were in for 6 nights and were put in an ensuite cabin, minimal room (bed, bunks, kitchen, in one with a tiny ensuite ), no hanging space at all for clothes, all same size cabins beside us were transits. We are part of BIG4 , community , but I do believe because we booked through a third party it is what we got, in future we will book direct through Big 4. Everything else was great and the staff are tremendous.

They stole my money
The wrong hotel was booked and they could not identify my mobile, card or itinerary number. They had no contactable email. And would not process my phone call as the itinerary number was not valid. The hotel could see my booking but could not help me as it was booked through Wotif. They were ghosts who stole my money then disappeared.

Deceptive
You run a search for a hotel and straight away try to book it it says no longer available. So you rerun the search and it still shows up but guess what you can’t book it. However if you pick the same room at a more expensive rate suddenly you can book it. Click bait time waster

Just perfect
This is the best hotel (including 5 star) that we have stayed at in Melbourne. Really can’t fault the friendly and efficient staff, the overall quality of the breakfast, the absolute cleanliness with rooms cleaned daily and refreshed and the location. A five star hotel with a four star price. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay At The Sound! Room was very spacious and kitchenette well equipped.
Great location with shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance.
Pool and spa were a very welcome inclusion!! The perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Poor customer service
Would not recommend Wotif to anyone, poor customer service and won’t help resolve issues.
They told me the hotel would not be charging me money but they ended up did and now I am left to foot the bill with no help from Wotif.
