I love my WUUK, it gets the job done and has awesome video and sound. I just wish the battery life was longer. And if I were to make a suggestion to make the device/app 5 stars, I wish that there was a way to have the thumbnail issue a warning-(like how texts let you know you have 5msgs waiting for you.) WUUK can put an orange/red warning like an exclamation mark to remind us that our device is running low, or completely out of battery. I do receive notifications- but I forget about them. If there is something that pops up when battery is low like 10%, to zero , and stays on the thumbnail until it is recharged, that would take this next level.

Average camera system with optional off-line use
The stated resolution is a complete lie and is not HD in the slightest.
The tracking system is mid at best and almost never records beyond 30 or so seconds even if you are using it for communication.
The app is completely horrible to use. It has no ability to easily find recorded events.
They also do not offer any desktop application, which is ridiculous if you’re using multiple cameras for security.

Was good…
Had a great detection range and then either after aging devices or updates the detection range turned into 10ft max, what a joke. AOSU will be my go to for cameras now.
Horrible “customer service”
Their cameras are pretty decent IF you can get them to scan and connect… I’ve had multiple that just will not connect no matter what I do! Crazy because I recently bought a 2 pack of pant tilt cameras and one of them scanned immediately and connected with no issue. The second however will not scan or connect. I’ve tried to contact consumer striving multiple times with NO reply! Their customer service phone number always says there’s no one to assist at this moment. If you have any issues you’re pretty much SOL. You can chat with a bot or leave a message to be contacted later, but don’t hold your breath for a reply..

It was working fine then something happened and the day before I charged the battery put it back in and someone hit my car I go check the camera and now I can’t see anything that was recorded new or past I’m not feeling good about the system I called to get help no answer several times after days I get the chap and no results!!! Pist ‼️⁉️

warten seit über drei Tagen auf eine Lösung, mir kommt es so vor als ob die nur durch Kİ antworten. Am Anfang sehr begeistert gewesen aber mittlerweile bereue ich es die Kamera gekauft zu haben und weiter empfohlen hatte!

Works pretty well the first 3 months. Cameras always disable even when full charged and when it miraculously works, it doesn’t capture the movement. Save your money.

Finally took it out of the box yesterday and neither camera with pair, I had the ring doorbell until it got stolen and that was fine, I stupidly have given faulty cameras and now lost money, fuming.

Worst app ever
The camera itself is fine (not the best tho) but this is the worst app ever. I NEVER get notifications even tho I have every single notification type possible on. When I first connected it I got notifications and then they stopped completely. It makes the cameras useless if you can’t get notified while you’re away from home.

Fix your software
Each update it gets worse, the camera motion detection is software based and it seems every update the motion sensitivity gets worse and I think it’s them trying to save battery life on their end.. fix your software.

Love these camera’s! They are so clear! We have caught someone trying to get into our garage. Being 3 1/2 hour’s away makes it hard to keep track of who is on your property! It connect good to our WiFi. (t-Mobile)
