The app has never worked reliably - constant crashes, frequent false notifications. If I didn’t have to use it for my corporate wellness program, I wouldn’t waste my time on this app.

Too many notifications

In the evening, I receive 6-8 notifications all at one time reminding me to sync my data. Needs to be fixed.

I don’t understand. Broken now.

I used to open this every day to make sure my AW is synced with Wellvibe. After the update it says Scan QR code. I don’t know what that means. I can’t get past that screen. Directions would be helpful. What QR code?

Won’t stop notifying me to sync

It asks every five minutes, and I even turned off notifications

Still Not Syncing

I have lots of data from today and the past, but neither the app nor the website are syncing with my fitbit account. All of the information is in my fitbit app and in my dashboard when I check online - Wellvibe online just says “No Data” and the app does not sync anything even though it says it is syncing.
