Disappointed
Paid $10.17 and waited over 25 minutes and nothing happened (while using the Newtown self wash). Big waste of my time and money. Would not recommend using this app
Absolutely terrible
This app was recently advertised at the self-serve car wash near me. I decided to try it, and paid $5.17 for the vacuum. It never turned on. I had to load $6 of coins in as I normally would, and lost my $5.17. I contacted them via the app to request a refund but never received a reply. When I went back to the App Store and clicked to get help it took me to a totally different company. Might be a scam. Beware, don’t give any money to this company!!

Guess how much money you need
Poor quality app and then poor user experience. You basically need to select an amount you need and then top up if needed. Except there is no option to stop early.
Really needs pay as you go to be useful. You have our card details. And the ability to move between wash and vacuum.

Tried adding credit card, tried Apple Pay, tried Blik - nothing works, app is broken and completly unusable. Waste of time.

Each time was a $2 charge and i got nothing.
When it did start i could only Top Up to $9. I had to restart to finish washing with another $2 charge. Not using this again.

This was a great app and service but over the last few months I’ve gone to get an automatic car wash and the app’s response is like before but the machine does nothing. I went to another location and the machine started but didn’t do a full job, skipped steps before quitting. I was refunded for these but a few weeks later I ventured back to introduce this service to a colleague and the app response was the same but the machine didn’t start again. Called and had to leave a message while embarrassed. Waiting for refund again. It appears the app works but the machines are not. There is no indication that the machines are down. I’m disappointed because it used to be dependable. 1 star.

Really! Shouldn’t be so hard
Loaded app. Started app with phone number- code required, no code, repeat, no code sent, repeat, throw up hands and drive off
Doesn’t work
This app is advertised all over my local car wash. I can select the location, then select either the self-serve bays or the automatic wash, but then you can’t select a specific bay and start the wash. I have tried this 3 times now.
Fraudulent charges
I was charged $14 twice for no service at all. I called the number on their website and left a voice message. A lady called me back and had no idea about the company and said I had the wrong number. I messaged them through their website but didn't get a response. I am contacting my bank now.
Nothing works!
- Did not get a message after entering my phone number. I double checked and tried multiple times.
- used my email account to sign in. Map came up and showed a location in Russia, was not able to get my location in the US. Asked me to enable GPS...on my iPhone. GPS is always on!
Long story short: Unusable!

This app just deducts money but do not service. I tried twice standing in a car wash but it didn’t activate at all. Contacted the support but till now no response.

Was given a code for a first time use and keeps bouncing me back. Doesn’t give me confidence to enter my card info.
Can’t find the gas station
I added funds- but when I go to the gas station that advertises this app- and try to have the map find my location- it never does and only finds one 20 miles away so I have loaded funds and can’t use them.
