great place! food,service,location,rooms everything was great. we had a blast!

Awesome time!

Our trip was good. This is our 3rd time coming. Food was pretty good. Especially steak house and sushi. Martin at the swim up bar was amazing! Gilberto and Gustavo were great too!
 Would like to see more activities but overall we were very happy!

So unhappy

Dirty rooms. Smell of mildew throughout entire hotel. Management(Daniel) suggest a free bed on the beach due to dirty room instead of compensation. Awful experience. Will not ever return to this hotel. Food was not good either.
