They shouldn’t need last four digits of a social security number just to check a ticket. A ticket needs to be verified at the lottery office or retailer to claim anyways.

App feedback
Turn off the haptic feedback when I scan a ticket, go back to the tone or allow me to turn this “feature” off. Hate this app, half the time it doesn’t even work.
You can do better
Seriously, the ap is clunky, unresponsive, and makes me change my password every time I use it.
Down a lot
This app seems to have a lot of bugs and quirks. It’s down quite frequently and will not let you login or even open.
Should be ashamed
The “tech” person who made this app should be ashamed of themselves. You should look in the mirror everyday and realize what a huge disappointment you have been to the human race. Even your mom thinks this is a terrible app.
Ticket scanner doesn’t work
It’s almost impossible to get tickets to scan in the app. While the other info is useful, not being able to scan tickets makes it almost useless
Watch your ticket numbers
Watch out I’ve scanned my ticket on this app and on some of my winnings tickets it would say I was not a winner when I was. Just double check your tickets before thrown away.
Draws Remaining
Draw remaining on multi draw ticket are NOT more reliable, in fact they don’t show ANY draws remaining from the day you buy and scan the ticket. iPhone 16 pro, v. 1.3.3

Don’t expect to be able to use this app when you want. It seems to not work or be down quite a bit. At least I think it’s down, it doesn’t say🤷♂️
I scan my ticket in, it does it’s little circle of getting info deal then stops. Nothing shows up no error no acknowledgement of the ticket, etc.
I mean it might be under some type of daily maintenance or backup but who would know?

Jumping through hoops.
I’m used to downloading a lottery app and being able to use it to see current jackpot amounts and numbers and so on. Here you have to give personal information and set up passwords. Why? Other than to sell my info? I as a customer just want information. You collecting information on me serves no purpose for me and exposes me if you have a data breach, which seems likely since the system is setup so sketchy.

The app is fine
The app works fine and is what you would expect. People in WY aren’t typically geniuses when it comes to things like “social justice” or “technology” and it really shows in some of these reviews. You need a cow though we got you covered. But so does Texas.
Glitchy
I can’t even get past the second page because it won’t let me put my info in. Just grey boxes and can’t click to type. Very unresponsive to when you try to get help.
Kind of annoying
Feels like the app is hiding the winning numbers from you. When you use the scanner why not have the actual winning numbers displayed right under your numbers instead of having to click through and find the game and date. Would make the scanner more trustworthy…

Handy to scan ticket purchases instead of manually entering numbers, but has really poor silly jokster user interface. App could and should be a complete featured Wyolotto user app I hope the State didn't pay more than a few bucks for the app. A clever high school kid could code a lot better app.

Nice ... when it works
Like that I can store my tickets and winning numbers are highlighted. The issue is with multi draw tickets. I have a 10 draw ticket and when storing in the app only 9 of the 10 draws are saved. Odd ...
