This card has no use as nobody accepts it. I call customer service to complain about how every time I try to use it, it prompts for a pin and there’s supposedly no pin required. I’ve tried to use it for simple things like Apple Pay and it can’t even be accepted there for app purchases Lol. Useless card; it’s a wannabe Revolut card. Don’t waste your time

They closed my account and won’t return my money. They said I used the account not within their rules. I used it to buy on Amazon. It’s my money and they will not return it.

Like the other reviews have stated, they close accounts randomly and give you no answers about how to access your funds. Do not deposit money here unless you want these people to play games.

Locked my account for using Apple Pay. Now my money is stuck on there and my account is suspended. I WOULDNT SUGGEST USING THIS APP

I was going to open an account in this company because they told me that it was the best and that I had good banking security so I took on the task of opening an account with them but it turns out that for pathetic reasons they suspended my account this was very insulting and annoying and discriminatory

DO NOT DOWNLOAD REAL SCAM
I don’t want to explain my story with them, but They will block your account for any reason, and lie to you because of suspicious transaction which you will see your self that it’s just normal everyday transaction. They don’t like cash app because they do not get money out of it. Every penny you deposit you will have to pay a fee for it. If your account is closed you will not get your money they will ask you to contact the financial institutions which you used to deposit the funds to claim the remaining balance left in this stupid bank. Which your financial institution may not do. No checks or refund will be issued from their side. They have my money until today. That’s fine. Do not which the worst for your enemy but for them they will go bankrupt. Developer team don’t respond to this and lie here that you will reimburse simply call your unprofessional customer service that can even read a bank statement. #Xworldwalletscam I can’t wait a lawsuit against you

If using a debit/credit card, then a convenience fee is charged. I had over 200$ dollars on my account I haven’t opened the app in a few days I woke up this morning to pay a few bills and my account had a temporary block so I called the customer support and they have told me my account was fraud and they have closed my account I was using this bank as a savings account but they stole all of my money even to my rent money when I called and talked to the customer support they seem to be highly aggressive and acted as if they were annoyed of me calling PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS BANK THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Bad
I had a disappointing experience with the X-World Wallet. They closed my account just a few days after I deposited money into it, and instead of returning my funds with a check or a straightforward process, they claimed to have sent the funds back to the merchant. This left me frustrated and puzzled. Overall, their customer service and handling of account closures need significant improvement.

The worst customer service EVER
Actually, they don’t have a customer service they’re slower than a freaking turtle. The card gets declined in pretty much all the retailers. This card is not for the United States a lot of problems all the time with the transfers from the bank with the customer service with an actually bank with the Apple Pay only problems stay away if you want Peace of mind guys.
