Fraudulent
5000ghc was withdrawn from my account without my notice . I was told my account was restricted and my the time I sent my ID for them to work on it . The money in my account was withdrawn without my notice and they couldn’t even do anything about it .
Bad customer service
They got bad customer care service, no number to call…just emails and they don’t respond fast, try other banks before tying this please

Opened your account, ordered a card…been using your banking perfectly for just 2days, you later changed my transfer limit to £100 and I used it well….i used my card so well, now it says my account is locked…why??
Scam!!!
They just suspended my account without any explanation. Now 10 months ago. I still have 67£ on this crap account, I think I can forget. After to my hundreds of emails finally they answered, asked me additional verifications again, what I kindly sent immediately, but nothing happened after. I still can login and see my money but I can do nothing more. The Financial Ombudsman said there is nothing to do with them. Nice 👌👍
