Absolutely a joke of a company
Worst company I have ever tried to get a parcel delivered from no attempt to help or fix things on there and and the app is completely useless if your on mobile waste of time and money
What a joke
If anyone has tried to leave delivery instructions on this App they will know that it doesn’t work. When I tried to advise them that they attempted to deliver my item to an incorrect address they just stonewalled me. So don’t waste your time on this app.
Crashing app
When attempting to add delivery instructions it crashed. When attempting to change the delivery date it says Delivery date is not valid. Why force is to sign up if we can’t make any changes and amendments?

Do not use this company
The app is unreliable and the courier company does not review the information you add within the App, even though the activity you do in the app is registered and logged. The app does not allow notifications as this is disabled and you cannot change in your app or phone settings. The webchat does not work through the app and you have to go to an internet web page but the webchat does not connect to an agent and always advises they are experiencing high volumes.
Do not recommend downloading the app or setting up an account to use the app as the app provides no benefit but take up space on your phone.

I've just created my account as I'm expecting a delivery but unable to sign in. Now with the review below I'm scared not to receive the parcel
Useless app and delivery
Came to the house, took a picture and then walked off as I was getting to the door didn’t even deliver the package even though he was at the house.

The text is far too small, and grey text on grey background is illegible. App crashes when you try to enter delivery details. Absolute junk.

This delivery company is useless they’ve had my package for a week with no update on delivery any time soon ordered a similar thing from a different company at the same time I ordered this package and it came days before this one

The application is absolutely rubbish and is not helpful whatsoever. It crashes everytime I open the app or when I select to update the delivery instructions.
No updates, no contact information, nothing.
Also it’s impossible to even get ahold of any staff or customer support.
It’s unnecessarily difficult to get your parcels as well.

Absolutely useless. Would give zero stars if I could!
Rubbish
Very confusing app not straightforward to see tracking details also had different information on their website and the app so had no clue what is the truth about the delivery. At FAQ where I thought finally I found contact details to call someone there was actually nothing come up not even an email :)) This app just as bad as their service itself what takes ages without any proper notification or contacts

Worst app and worst service
App keeps crashing, certain functions don’t work. Updates are poor, options are worse. Nonsense photo update left by driver. Just terrible all round

If I could give a minus star I would. Impossible to get where you want through the pages, & just when you get excited about getting anywhere, it crashes. Best thing to say is the app is marginally better than the courier service itself, which is terrible. 8 days wait for something that should have come in 24 hours. And then only after chasing 4 times….

IN UEGENT NEED OF AN UPDATE
If there was an award for impossibility of contacting a delivery company, they would win it. Not only are they delivering to the wrong address but delivering 2 days too early. No way to contact them. Absolutely outrageous, will never be using them again. Please fix this for the sake any new customers

App doesn’t function
Downloaded this app as my parcel was not delivered but was emailed they left a card. Went to try arrange a new delivery as instructed. As I go to click the safe place option app crashes.
