Stoped working
I’ve had and used the app for a while. But it stopped working on my iPhone 14 a few months ago. It will not open at all. 😩
Sooooo slow!
This app is extremely slow to load! And no longer reliable to use offline.
Horrible business practices

I am a U.S. citizen, born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and the sole owner of an operating U.S. construction company. I spend my working season in the States putting thousands upon thousands of dollars through this app, only to travel back to Thailand during my off-season to be with my wife and young daughter.
Instead of recognizing a loyal, high-value client who has invested heavily in their platform over the years, their support staff has chosen to act like predatory bad guys. They are deliberately manufacturing false residency claims to gatekeep my account, refusing service, and actively making it harder for me to access and move my own money while I am with my family. This isn't just terrible customer service—it is blatant, discriminatory gatekeeping designed to obstruct financial access for hard-working American business owners.
Management and their incompetent supervisors are totally shielding this reckless behavior and refusing to escalate. If you are a U.S. contractor or business owner who values your money and basic rights, stay far away from this app. They will take your thousands of dollars and then try to lock you out of your own funds when it suits them.

Red flag
1. The reviews and ratings are fake
2. I have taken screenshots, they show a different exchange rate and dashboard, but when you click “send money” the exchange rate reduces. A lot of people won’t notice the scam.
3. I wanted to delete the account but it says you have to send us a request (through a bot) which may or may not delete it.
I am reporting this app too. Hope people get to see this review beyond all the fake reviews
