Got worse since I downloaded
I wouldn’t get as many spam calls and messages until I downloaded this, it is really annoying Don’t download!!
Could be way better
This app, and its features should be available to all Xfinity mobile customers. Not just the customers behind a premium paywall. Do better Comcast!
Only for Premium Unlimited!
I recently switched to Xfinity mobile, and immediately started getting tons of spam calls and texts. I downloaded this app, but it only works with “Premium Unlimited!” Even though I’m paying for Unlimited, Xfinity can’t block spam?! How could blocking spam even cost them any more? Horrible practice and anti-consumer.

Garbage
Xfinity shields very few VOIP calls. They do next to nothing to prevent VOIP spam. It wouldn’t surprise me if Xfinity is selling customer lists to scam centers to target them.
Not blocking spam calls
Forget about blocking the app cannot even list the recent calls! So cannot even select and block manually!
Good luck getting to install
After hours in support the app keeps saying unable to connect.

Despite having a 5 line unlimited plan that already costs over $300/month, it says it’s not included in my plan, but won’t explain why.

Perpetually checking account status
Worked great the first day. Now it's always "checking account status." Troubleshooting is a joke. Have removed and reinstalled app. Still doesn't work.
Can’t Use It
The app specifically states that it is only available for Xfinity Mobile Premium Unlimited customers, which I am and have been, but the app just tells me my plan doesn’t include Call Guard. What a joke! For one of the largest data companies, Comcast sure doesn’t know how to make anything that works right…

It’s a joke
Don’t get your hopes up. Despite this being part of the “premium” package, it’s junk. This does nothing to “guard” anything. Maybe one in three calls are flagged by this app. It flagged a local medical office as spam, also. So there is that.

Despite all the bad reviews. This app has been doing a good job of catching Spam Calls. I recently switched to Xfinity Mobile and this was included in the Premium Unlimited plan. I’d been getting a lot of Spam calls about loans but this has been catching most of them. I love that you can also not allow them to leave a voicemail. Make sure you set up the app correctly and give it the required permissions. Also, make sure it’s supported on your phone plan.

Spam calls
I thought this was going to be a great app. However it allows spam calls to keep ringing your phone. I go in the app and the phone says “blocked by spam filter” but it doesn’t.

It’s faulty
This app is not trustworthy. It appears to send Spam calls to your phone. When it’s turned off, spam calls come through. When its turned on, same Spam calls come through. Calls that never came until I installed this horrible app. Plus it spies on the phone. I’m done. Will delete it.
Please make it work
App needs to be updated pretty basic things to work. Looks like they don’t know what they are doing. These app supposed to block the spam calls but still hopeful with Xfinity like they advertise their stuff 🕹️

The app stinks
The app stinks, catches maybe 1 in 3 spam calls. It also has to authenticate every time I open the app which half the time it stalls out and never lets me in. Another shockingly bad internet product from Xfinity. Their website barely functions in general. I don’t understand how an internet provider can do such a bad job at creating content for the internet.
