App not working says busy try again later
No app support all in Chinese and the app isn’t working. Absolutely no help! Please have an English support system if your gonna sell products to Canada!
Last update deletes account and only allows China phone number
The software works well enough, but I find that with each update, I need to re add my garage door openers. With the latest update, it says my account doesn’t exist, and will not let me register again with a phone number outside of China.... frustrating...
5min setup and works great for my gate and garage door openers!
Set it up following the directions. A lot of people complaining on amazon and in the reviews downloaded the wrong (but spelled similar) app so they never could get it to pair up. Other problems would be most of the devices the app controls are 2.4ghz only. There was a day of downtime recently and I emailed the support team, for a reply the next morning and issues were fixed end of day 2. That’s not bad for a very cheap automation product.

Everything is in Chinese and the account registration won’t work. If you try to get help its in Chinese so you can’t read anything.
