Could be better
My app is not loading correctly lately. We also utilize Xola waivers which is great, however, our guide can not look on the app to see if waivers have been signed. They have to log into the website.
iPhone app needs work.
Update feb 2021. If u type in the wrong password it just sits there spinning saying it loading but doesn’t tell u it’s the wrong password. And because it’s not a native app nothing saves ur password. Face ID etc.
The iPhone app version of xola is essentially useless. Super slow and clunky and very limited features.
iPad app is OK. IT works but for it to update the info and refresh I have to close and re-open the app every time. Almost similar to the web base version. A lot more functionality though which is good since we use iPads to check everyone in and also for bookings. Could be faster though.

garbage.
this app used to work somewhat well but with the latest ios update, it won’t even allow me to login. i even got a new phone and thought maybe the app would work on the new phone but it still gets stuck on the login page. i’m assuming it doesn’t work because it is not supported by the newest version of ios. please fix this.

Not user friendly
No notifications for bookings
It’s difficult to navigate the different menus
The app crashes constantly
No way to see if there other shifts are covered or view other schedules for coordination
You have to select every individual to make sure you have all of the add-ons accounted for, there isn’t a way to see a list of who purchased them.
No way to view all scheduled shifts in the month, you have to select each individual day to see what’s scheduled
Overall an awful app and I hope our bosses switch.
