I don't think it's useful,
As I mentioned above if we login and create account, we need to provide all personal details like Bank account, Visa documents which is irrelevant and data we are putting in and goes to so called "Mokshgna Technologies" not sure this is reputed company!! Seems it's local developers developed and providing services to transfer amount to India. From my opinion this is recommended ot safe to provide personal details!!

Real money saver

Support is not good
Exchange rates are competitive and the app works fine normally. But when a transaction issue caused my account to be frozen, support was unable to resolve it or give any ETA even after 12+ hours. If you have urgent financial needs, look elsewhere.

The app is super easy to use, I'm used to having so much difficulty when transferring money to India, but I was able to set up an account and send money in like 10 minutes. That's amazing. Not to mention the exchange rates, and even a potential cash back? Feels too good to be true, honestly...

Poor Customer Service
I used their service for multiple transactions, every time transactions was delayed. I think they are doing manual service. Worst customer service, If you report the delay issue - they simply say apologies but never give any information on delay. Don’t waste your hard earned money using this kind cheap services.

Fraud!
I had a very disappointing experience with Remit2Any. The app incorrectly initiated two transactions from my US bank account instead of one. One transaction was debited successfully, while the second failed and was returned.
After this, Remit2Any froze my account and has been holding my money for over 17 days, without completing the transfer to my Indian bank account or refunding the amount back to my US bank. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer support keeps responding with the same message that the account is frozen, without providing any clear reason, timeline, or resolution.
Because of this delay, my Indian bank charged bounce fees due to failed EMI mandates, which occurred only because the funds were withheld. This issue originated from their system error, yet I have received no accountability or urgency from their side.
For a money transfer service, holding customer funds for weeks with no transparency or resolution is unacceptable. I would advise others to be very cautious before using this service.
Their chat agents support keep sending dummy responses and their call service agent doesn’t ever pick up the call.
