Save major time and when you don’t feel well, you darn sure don’t want to get in your car and sit in an urgent care waiting room. This is also $111 cheaper than my deductible.
I love the ‘get down to business’ approach and I don’t need to be coddled at all- but the 2 times I’ve used this, the RN’s were too fast- like.. ‘what’s wrong don’t want any details’
to the point of interrupting.
No smiling or empathy shown by either. Again, don’t need/want to be coddled but a friendlier demeanor can calm and instill a little trust.
Yes, I will use again but hope I get a more cordial RN who can listen for a minute to get the whole story. As a former firefighter/medic I know getting more info is always good.

Easy setup. The wait for the appointment call was way less than I was told. Kind, attentive, even humorous, NP had me off the call in less than five minutes. Prescription was sent right away. Easiest healthcare experience I’ve ever had.
Huge timesaver!
I needed two of my routine prescriptions refilled. Between work, and taking care of my children, it’s very difficult to get away from home for a doctor appointment. With this app, I was able to create my account, schedule appointment, chat with the doctor, and have my prescriptions refilled for a grand total of less than 10 minutes! Had I gone to my regular doctor, it would’ve probably taken me at least 90 minutes or more. This is a huge timesaver! And, very affordable.

I missed my appointment. It took 10 mins for it to log me in, and another 10 mins to reschedule my appointment.

I am truly sorry for your bad experience. We are constantly improving our app. We have reduced log in time to 1-2 seconds in our latest version. We have also incorporated biometric (Face ID, or Touch ID) to make the log in process even easier (as of version 1.02.6) We have never had a 1 minute log in time, so 10 minutes is definitely extraordinary.
