Terrible
Update: 6/2025- there’s no way to cancel this service. I’ve emailed, called, everything. They’ve been charging me for a watch we haven’t used in almost a year and I can’t get the charges to stop. Do yourself a favor and never sign up in the first place. Unless you want to be robbed and scammed forever.
Original- The set up was so difficult. I talked to customer service three times just to get it connected. The location services are terrible. The QR code hasn’t loaded since the first day. The in-app customer service doesn’t load. The APN changed from my provider (AT&T) to TMobile (which I don’t have) and now the watch doesn’t charge AND it’s stuck in School Mode. I’m so disappointed in this watch. I thought it would be a better idea than getting an Apple Watch, but it’s been a complete waste of money. It actually makes me angry that I trusted this device to help me keep my child safely connected. It’s despicable how bad this watch is. The only caveat is that, when it DOES work, it supports an acceptable level of phone calls. And we’ve only had this watch for six months. Total waste of money.

Scam
Cancelled membership a couple times still charging monthly for the last couple years. Not to mention the watch never worked.
Feels archaic
There are no real features in this app. I constantly am getting updates (that I need to open the app to see) that say “watch battery low” or “watch is switched on” etc. there is no way to turn this off. The location feature is a joke- it hardly ever is accurate. The app feels very clunky overall, if I had known this was what was required for the Xplora watches I would have never gotten them.

Great but one major flaw
The watch is usually great for keeping tabs and communication but, when the battery dies, it doesn’t even show last known location. That would be really helpful
