Working, but has been patchy
Reception on identical network to my mobile is patchy.
No notification controls
Woke up to 8 notifications that my kid’s watch is in a low signal area. No way to control these notifications. App UX is just really poor anyway - someone’s not thought about the information architecture. It’s already hard to find stuff.
Terrible
It doesn’t allow me to add my phone number.
Take long for update

Cannot text anyone who doesn’t have the app? And can only read texts within the app? Horrible concept.
