Good app, poor payment execution.
Doesn’t let me order
It dolet me finish my order. It’s annoying, whats the purpose of this app? It’s been like this for more than an year now.
The shop doesn’t take order over the phone, the app doesn’t work and the waiting time is terrible at the shop.

You cant order in advance
Like everyone else has mentioned, the app doesn’t actually allow you to order in advance like advertised. The ‘coupons’ are expired and dont work either.
The only feature that works are the promotional advertisements, where this app is literally just their instagram page and nothing else.

Glitchy app - time waster when you’re in a rush
The point of ordering ahead online is to save time, particularly in the morning rush to work. The payment section has errors and keeps saying to try again after a few seconds. Today I tried for 15 minutes before giving up.
When it takes longer to pay for your order online (or try to), than it does to go into store, order and wait, then you know your app needs work.

Adequate app, support is lacking
Can’t sign in, and no response after a week through both the support email address and social media.
Edit: it’s now been a month. Seriously, how can apps be listed on the App Store without any support??

After reaching out yet again via social media, I received a response and was assisted to reset my account.
The app is fine, nothing special.
