About

Hold it. Beat them. XStand is the handstand timer that watches you, counts every second and scores your form — then lets you challenge your friends to beat it. HANDS-FREE HANDSTAND TIMER • Prop your phone on the floor, step back and raise your arms — XStand counts you down. • The timer starts the moment you're up and stops when you come down. No buttons, no stopwatch, no one holding the phone. • Pose detection checks your hands are really on the floor, so only real handstands count. • A voice coach tells you what to fix: straighten your legs, stack your hips, keep your hands in frame. SCORE YOUR LINE • Every hold gets a form score for how straight your body line is. • Beat your personal best and watch your average hold climb on the stats graph. • Climb the ranks as your holds get longer. • Keep a day streak going — a few seconds a day is how handstands are built. DUEL YOUR FRIENDS • Send a challenge link: one try each, or best of 3 or 5. Only each player's best hold counts. • Your time stays hidden until they've held theirs. Longest hold wins; form breaks ties. • Rematch anytime and keep score against every opponent. • Get notified the moment a friend answers your challenge. MADE FOR EVERY LEVEL Whether you're working on your first wall handstand or chasing a minute freestanding, XStand turns practice into a game: beginners, calisthenics athletes, yogis and gymnasts all fit right in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The camera analysis runs on your phone — your video never leaves it. No account needed: start as a guest in seconds. Handstands carry a risk of injury. Practise on a soft surface with space around you, and stop if anything hurts.
