Horrible update
Camera doesn’t focus anymore. You can’t scan the licenses anymore. Now it’s wonky. It doesn’t understand next time whatever update you did. Undo it please

Over the last few months, the app routinely crashes, will not scan bar codes, pictures are lowest quality or will not take, very slow upload speed of pictures. All productivity is slowed because app will not load properly.

This issue started two updates ago. Recently saw there was a new update for bug fixes. Unfortunately it is still not able to scan VIN barcodes.
Poor app and poor customer service
App crashes EVERY TIME you go to take the pictures during the check in process….
New app has horrible bar coding system
The vin barcodes take forever to populate on the new app our company uses about about 12 iPads Daily to check in and out vehicles. And with the new update our production times have diminished significantly
Need more pictures
We would like there to be able to capture at least 15 Pictures.

Scanner doesn’t read
Almost impossible to scan a vin. Last app was better. Handtag won’t allow more than 5 digits even though there is a lot of space. Happened after last update. Poor quality and sent in requests every week to fix which support says they will fix but never do.
