Cannot connect to printer on the same network by IP. I guess this software was abandoned?

Sure, it cost over two grand, but why would we make software to send stuff to it from an iPhone?
More features needed!
This app would benefit from having the ability to save custom presets.
Having to fully set up from the beginning for every print is not user friendly, being able to save print settings as profiles would speed things up.
The ability to access from internet.
Monitoring by wifi is good but via internet would be better, I have a cam watching prints but sadly this is useless if I am not on the same wifi.

The app doesn’t work
This particular app doesn’t detect the printer, as others do.
Unable to login?
You cannot actually log into the app? My login creds work fine with the website it sends me to but does not work with this app.
