Unreliable
Sometimes works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Not working today. Tried turning phone off and on, and still no joy. Very annoying as the Better leisure centre car parks make us use this app to access the membership rate. When app fails, the full rip-off fee has to be paid, with no option for reimbursement.

Literally the worst app I’ve ever used
I’m not one for leaving reviews but this app consistently offers such a thoroughly awful experience that I thought I make the time to write one.
It’s just so painfully difficult to actually use it to park that I’m astonished and left hot every time I have to use it.
Search for the location you’d like to park at? Nothing happens.
Browse the map for the location and tap the place you’d like to park at? Nothing happens.
Tap the list section near the search bar and pray that it finds a place nearby for you to park? Literally a blank screen.
You can’t even go back through historic parking sessions and tap: park again.
I don’t understand why it’s just so awful? It just doesn’t work at all and one the rare, rare occasion that it does; you’re never really sure that the session is legit.
Just complete rubbish from end to end.

The ‘Y Park’, parking app that doesn’t work
We have just parked in Stanborough Park and downloaded and used this app for the first time. What an awful, unhelpful and useless app. It crashes everywhere you touch. You can’t see your history, no idea if I can extend the parking time and no email to say I paid. So the question is did I or did I not pay for the parking. Well the only way I could find out about the payment was when I checked my credit card app which showed the payment.
As the other user stated, why hasn’t the council use another user friendly app is beyond me😩

Worst Parking App I’ve used
Who knows if it works. Always worried it hasn’t registered as despite the ‘successful’ notification that pops up if you don’t screen shot it right away you’ll never be able to see it in history or anywhere in the app again…. It crashes when using history or view options. Its abysmal. And if I didn’t have to use it I’d use another car park completely. Also businesses attached to their car parks… Better Leisure… I’m pointing it out to you! No matter how often you mention it to staff they’re go to is we can’t do anything about it. It’s not something to do with us…. It’s used by your customers you should care. As there are times it’s meant I don’t use your businesses (and I’m sure I’m not alone) because of the parking hassle. There are so many other apps that are user friendly that you could opt for! Listen to the complaints. Besides mine I heard reception get complaints from two others just in the 5 minutes I was there!

Practically unusable
This is a pointless app - I think it might be designed by car park management companies looking to claim overstay penalties. Impossible to see your history, impossible to see your current usage, impossible to see the Ts and Cs and the Privacy Policy, impossible it seems even to log out once the app is open. The only thing this app does reasonably well is accept payment.
It did work for me at one time, months ago. Probably it needs an upgrade after recent iOS releases. Who knows when developers will get to this? I will avoid car park spaces using this app if I can.
