Not what I paid for
I pay each month just so I won’t have to look at any annoying ads. When I try to use the app, the first line is some advertisement for something I would never buy. When I login from my browser, no ads, only when using the app. I deleted the app & can’t see myself ever using it again.
Can’t read sent msgs or spam msgs on iPad 10
The Yahoo Mail app on iPad 10 only displays the inbox. IIt’s not possible to review Sent messages or to check spam. There’s a little icon at the bottom of the screen that has up and down arrows - on the iPhone (not IPAD) this lets you display the various boxes. But on the iPad, this icon does nothing at all when you press it.

I’m having logging in issues since last year till now till this moment wile the recovery steps I didn’t notice that some one have unlinked my phone number from my email account now feedback is not helping which lead’s me that the issues is from your security issues and support I was trying to fix it by your support they don’t send any of notifications someone is missing around and the page of help changing int Asian language so it’s hackers issues from what ever happened to many account I have bugs logging issues very bad behavior and treatment your response your feedback your support still Im suffering from such company like you pity that this happened how you can’t solve this issues or whatever from your support

Use to be Better
Idk what’s going on with this app but my goodness has it gotten slow and laggy. Sometimes it just crashes on me. Whenever I’m switching email accounts it just acts up. I use to love this app but now every time I open it, I wonder how aggravated it’s gonna make me.
App Update?
Yesterday, 2-8-23, I downloaded the latest “update”. Since that time I have been unable to open my mail and continually get the message of close it out and reopen. I’ve done this at least 25 times and it still doesn’t open. What gives?
Can’t sign in with Google
The option to sign in with Google is at the bottom of the opening screen of the app, yet when I press on it and allow access, there is nowhere to log in through Google - only with Yahoo directly. Signing into Yahoo with my Google account works perfectly fine in the Safari browser, but I don’t want to consume Yahoo in my browser. This is irritating. Please fix it.

Deleted App
I used to use this app for news, but in the recent update they now require sign in to yahoo or Google to use the app. I deleted the app.
Worst ever. Have to change password almost every 2 weeks. Hate service and will charge you to forward all your mail to another reliable user. 😡

Paid for premium service, I don’t know what happened I guess I’m just old-fashioned if I have any email, and of course I’ve had many, why do emails today email apps today feel like they have to be all in one? Bothers me.

Can’t find dark mode all the time. Phoenix is in dark mode but not app.
ATT has screwed up the emails agains
It seems every couple of years, ATT sales the emails accounts. I’ve been using this app for years per ATT. I select it and it’s prompting me to questions that don’t recognize anything I’ve listed. Instead of ATT having a simple ‘reset password’ function, they’ve set up a process that protects us from us and locks us out of us. Terrible service. 😢

(No Recipient)
All of my Inbox emails say (No Recipient) and it will not load in the past four days. I’m not that popular but have plenty of businesses sending me something more often than 4 days.
I hate this app.
Whenever I update this app, it deletes all my emails. I have to go through this elaborate process to get them back.
Also it won’t let me control the contacts. Somebody is spamming me hundreds of obscene contacts and there’s no way to delete them in bulk. How could you possibly delete them one at a time in a four step process? It’s insane. Please add a way to both delete contacts and blocked them.

This app is terrible. Constantly freezes
This app is terrible. It constantly freezes. I am unable to scroll through my messages or do anything more frequently than not. Terrible waste of time. I hate having to wait for 5-10 minutes to be able to read one email after the app unfreezes.
No Dark mode
So I downloaded this app a while back and didn’t really use it much. Much to my disappointment they got rid of their dark mode feature. A huge let down.
Not user friendly
I had to delete the email app because it kept crashing every time I opened an email. So now I’m using the Yahoo app to access my emails HOWEVER it doesn’t give me the option to access my starred emails. Why is that?
Frustrated
This app has become unusable. It crashes on almost every article I read. Would prefer a fix but ready to move in another direction for random news articles.
Frozen for 3 days
Account is frozen, it is Friday, email has stopped on Wednesday. I am not able to fix it. No one to contact. I have had yahoo for years , never a problem, now nothing but problems. What gives?
