Poor customer service
Their support don’t answer relevantly to any query whenever you ask. Wanna give minus review…. Never sort problems just copy paste pre written answer no customer care where u can call and speak to a member of staff.
Route selection issue
The route selection feature keeps crushing once it starts crushing i have to uninstall and reinstall the app and that is taking a-lot of my time and it’s becoming annoying please fix the issue properly this never happened in previous versions thank you

Scam bonus
They entice with the bonus and then trips stop coming once you have almost completed the bonus. It happened twice to me. The first time I was left with 1 trip and all of a sudden requests stopped coming and I had to drive all the way home empty and I lost the bonus. The second time I had two trips remaining and I lost the bonus as well. Mind you, trips will start as soon as your bonus expires. This is a scam they run

Au moins, quand le client est à 6 ou 7 km, cette distance devrait être comptée dans la course. Ce n’est pas normal de faire 7 km pour aller chercher un client, puis encore 5 km pour le déposer, et être payé seulement 18 DH.
Le jour où ce problème sera réglé, je retravaillerai avec vous. Et je suis sûr que beaucoup de chauffeurs ont arrêté de travailler avec vous pour cette même raison.
