I really enjoy Yango. It has been very helpful and I think it’s better than many of its competitors. However, lately for no reason at all, it will simply stop working. It can’t find my location. I can’t find a driver and on the off chance that I do get a driver the map will not update and eventually crashes so that I cannot see where we’re going or even ask for help if I needed it.. I don’t know what the bug is, but it’s pretty bad.

The app is such fraudulent as it accepted the ride at 103/- and when it reached to client without any sort of delays in waiting time or anything as such, the client had to pay 170/- these sort of apps should be disallowed or strictly be monitored in terms of pricings.
Over charge
I would not recommend using yango especially in peak hour times on Sunday when you start the ride it will show 1 fair and once you finish the ride that same fair will be 5 times the original fair dodgy company and doggytactics.

Awful Customer service / Scammy platform
I was charged 145 DHS on my Visa card for a ride that only cost 30 DHS because the driver failed to close the trip after dropping me off. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told by a representative named Ayoub that the refund would take 3 days. However, after those 3 days passed, another representative, Habiba, told me it would actually take up to 30 days and advised me to contact my bank instead. Receiving conflicting information from customer service was extremely frustrating.
This platform needs to be much better organized. The drivers are unreliable, and the customer support is even worse. I do not recommend this service, and I will never use it again.

É preciso melhorar o treinamento dos motoristas
É importante preparar melhor os motoristas. Muitos ligam muito antes de chegar ao local de recolha e tentam negociar um preço diferente do que está estipulado no aplicativo. Isso prejudica a experiência e a confiança no serviço. Espero que esse comportamento seja corrigido.

I am an avid user of YANGO services.
My experience and observation lately is that out of 10 vehicles I order, 9 of them are very old and tattered vehicles.
And also whenever I opt for the comfort rides with the hopes of getting a decent vehicle, I will have to wait for a longer time and even then mostly I never get a driver picked and I have to revert to the economy rides.
This is very disturbing and inconvenient since at time I order the ride to locations that will hurt my reputation based on the vehicle I used.
Please address this issue because it did not use to be like this
