I am very disappointed with Yango Azerbaijan because the app allows drivers to abuse the system without consequences.
A driver claimed that he could not come to my location, but he refused to cancel the ride himself, apparently to avoid affecting his driver rating. I also refused to cancel because it was not my fault.
Instead of canceling the trip, the driver later marked himself as “arrived” even though he never picked me up, waited briefly at distance, drove away, and I was charged for the ride.
To make matters worse, I reported this incident to Yango’s local customer support, but they completely ignored my complaint and took no action. There was no meaningful response, no investigation, and no refund.
This is an obvious abuse of the platform and an unfair practice that punishes customers for the driver’s actions. Yango should prevent drivers from manipulating the system this way and provide better protection for passengers against fraudulent charges. Until both the driver behavior and the lack of customer support are addressed, I cannot recommend this app.

Developers are disgusting, when asked how to cancel my subscription they ask me to download a different app and then cancel my subscription.

I really enjoy Yango. It has been very helpful and I think it’s better than many of its competitors. However, lately for no reason at all, it will simply stop working. It can’t find my location. I can’t find a driver and on the off chance that I do get a driver the map will not update and eventually crashes so that I cannot see where we’re going or even ask for help if I needed it.. I don’t know what the bug is, but it’s pretty bad.

The app is such fraudulent as it accepted the ride at 103/- and when it reached to client without any sort of delays in waiting time or anything as such, the client had to pay 170/- these sort of apps should be disallowed or strictly be monitored in terms of pricings.
