Very disappointing experience. I booked and paid for a car in advance, but when I arrived to collect it, I was told that the car had already been rented to someone else. This caused me a lot of inconvenience and disrupted important plans and projects I had scheduled. I wasted both my time and money because I trusted their booking system. Very unprofessional service, and after this experience, I will not use Yango again. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I dont know what is wrong with your app and your customer care. I cannot even call to customer representative and also the navigation is so poor that even it cannot locate the pickup location and my pickup location goes 1km far from my location which i cannot change and i have to cancel the ride and your rider speak so bad at messages and it has happened not once
