Dodgy subscription model
I have subscribed twice, in the hope they’d improve their model, but it is all dodgy and very unclear. Their 30% cashback appears to be random. Sometimes I get nothing or only a small amount. Sometimes the unsubscribe option is present, sometimes it is not and you have to unsubscribe via a completely different app. It all appears to be misleading. Basically, I don’t trust them.

Alguns motoristas marcam o seu preço e aproveitam em dias chuvosos e durante a noite dos finais de semanas. Isso é muito frustrante

Um bom numero dos carros de aplicativo yango,estão a anular os cintos de segurança para os passageiros no banco traseiro, que é um perigo para o passageiro

Из-за ошибки в адресе POI таксист привез в другую локацию Баку. Вопрос с компенсацией поддержка проигнорировала, предложив внести правки через приложение карт. То есть я свои деньги плачу за ваши косяки, еще и сам должен их исправлять. Лучше парсите карты гугла и смените поставщиков POI!
Qualite du service en baisse
Les voitures sont de plus mauvaise qualité. Les attentes sont longues et l’estimation de Yango n’est jamais vraiment juste; une attente de 5min initialement s’avère souvent etre pour 10 min ou plus! Les chauffeurs n’activent plus l’option comfort et c’est beaucoup plus dur d’avoir une voirture comfort avec un temps d’attente raisonnable.

Drivers are careless
Today I just forget my important file in yango ride and now driver is not responding me even not picking my call and support is totally useless they are unable to do anything.
