Probably the worst e-scooter application ever made.

Horrible design, horrible UI, clumsy and old , a lot of bugs , gets stuck a lot , and I have the latest iPhone 14 pro max, horrible costumer service , this app is a perfect example of “just because you are a billion dollar company doesn’t mean you have good service.”

App crashes

Says minimum iOS 11 needed. I have 12.5 so should be fine. Yet app keeps crashing on my iPad. Can not launch.

Terrible service

Impossible to lock!
I wasted 20 minutes trying to lock it up until I just gave up and left.
My bill is still running
And nobody to call!!!

Unlock charges

I preferred this app over the others because it didn’t charge an unlock fee; now it does.
I think, sadly, I’ll be changing to a different one soon.
