Extra Fees
I am reconsidering using this service ever again, due to unfair fees. I was charged extra fees for tolls and wait time? There was no waiting and no tolls charged anywhere! I got to work in less than 5 minutes for $27+. Lucky Cab was $15 plus tip.

App charges twice as much as the website for some reason. The website is very janky and outdated but it does still work; I’m not going to pay twice as much money for the convenience of an app every time I need a ride lol
Des Moines IA only
Called the number to figure why I couldn’t book a ride and person explained only in Des Moines does the app work. Ok fine. If only Yellow Cab could create a nationwide app.

Waited about an hour just to get a notification stating driver wasn’t going to make it. Not worth the download.

Tried to book a yellow cab and when selecting payment I’m blocked with an error message.
Closed the app, tried again, error message.
The taxi cab mafia can’t complain that Uber is taking over when their business cannot even be used.

Horrible App
Doesn’t even work. Kept getting an “Oops! Sorry” message when trying to book a cab and Apple Face ID wouldn’t even work so could use Apple Pay. Literally a waste of an app.

Currently in LA and no matter what I try, I cannot reserve or book a cab through the app. Constantly getting error messages. Tried Apple Pay. Tried adding my card in the app. Tried using the pay in cab feature. None work. Trash app

Thought I was downloading a national app but it’s just for Des Moines?????
Did not arrive
Booked in advance using this app. Screenshot the reservation under the reservations section. Departure time arrived but cab did not. When I called to find out if it was on the way, I was told that they cancelled my reservation and that if it was an important trip I should have scheduled by phone instead of the app. I would know that how? What on earth is the point of this app then???

Worst app and worst dispatcher ever
Really really bad app. I ordered a cap for the next day. The cab never arrived. I ended up ordering an Uber. No wonder no one is using cabs anymore.

How do you plan on competing with Uber and Lyft if the most basic function of the app don’t work? When it does work, there are so many flaws in the user interface that it’s not worth it. Bummer of an app.

What’s the point of advertising the app on your website if the dang thing never downloads! Either fix it or stop advertising it on your website.
