Fraud never book
I just book a car from Alhuff to Riyadh. After making the poking, I tried to access it before four hours of booking to check the location. I figured out that I need to execute the booking.
After pressing one execute, the car was not ready, and I couldn’t change the date as there is no car in that location at that time
How come the application accept my booking and there is no car in the location
Why would you accept a booking if there is no car ready?
And when I try to cancel the booking, they ask it for around 300 SAR
THIS IS COMPLETELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACKg

Worst customer service
The hotel lost the key to the car, while contacting customer support, no help at all!! Even after requesting the manager, the lady refused to transfer me to her supervisor!! I highly do not recommend to rent the car from yelo due to their bad customer service. All what I realized that they want money out of your pocket!!

They don not care about customers at all
I do not recommend anyone to deal with Yelo at any cost.
I been a loyal customer with them for many years, onetime, I asked them about upgrading my membership, they said YOU HAVE TO RENT DIRECTLY FROM US. After that information, I rented cars from them through their official application using contracts and spending more than 15 thousands, then I asked them, why my membership still the same, then they said, MEMBERSHIPS DO NOT INCLUDE CONTRACTS.
Basically, I do not recommend them at all!

Dirty Car with Cigarette Smell and Poor Service
The car had a strong and unpleasant cigarette smell that made it very uncomfortable to use, especially with a child in the car, even for short trips.
I rented the car from Makkah and requested a child seat in advance. After arriving in Jeddah, I visited three different branches and was told it was not available anywhere except at the Jeddah Airport branch. When I finally went to the airport branch, the child seat was actually available, but the employee refused to provide it, claiming it had to remain at the airport to avoid a fine from the Civil Aviation Authority.
Because of the bad condition of the car and the failure to provide the requested child seat, I canceled the contract and rented from another company instead.
Very disappointing experience and not recommended

إستأجرت سيارة ليوم واحد من فرع مطار نجران، ويوم التسليم حبيت امدد الإيجار ليوم ثاني، دفعت التجديد اونلاين عن طريق تطبيقهم واستخدمت السيارة نص يوم وسلمتها بالمطار.
بعد يومين رجعوا لي نصف المبلغ بحسابي
شكراً لكم يلو .. لو غيركم مايرد ولا هلله.

للأسف التطبيق والموقع الرسمي لا يخدمون العميل بالنسبة للطالبات وأيضا للمراجعة
اسوء تجربة تعامل مع موظفين وخدمت عملاء
اولا حصل لي حادث انا المخطا فيه وبلغت خدمة العملاء اللي بلغوني اني احتاج تقرير نجم وبعدها اني اسيب السيارة في اقرب فرع بعد وصولي لاقرب فرع مثل ما بلغني خدمة العملاء قال لي الموظف ما اقدر استلم السيارة لعدم توفر ساحة للمواقف في الفرع وبعد الذهاب للفرع اللي تم ذكرت من قبل الموظف اللي اخذ ٢٠ دقيقة اضافية للوصول اليه قال لي الموظف في الفرع الثانيما اقدر استلم السيارة ويحتاج اسل السيارة في فرع ابحر اللي يبعد اكثر من ٥٠ دقيقة من الفرع وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تركوني مدة ما يقارب ٤٥ دقيقة لاستلام السيارة
وبعد الانتهاء من الموضوع تم اضافة قيمة ٣٥٠٠ ريال مثل ما هو مكتوب في العقد واللي ما عندي عليه اعراض لكن ضايفين عليه قيمة الضريبة المضافة ١٥٪ وبناءا على لوئح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة الحوادث والغرامات ونسبة تحمل الحوادث لا يوجد عليها ضريبة واتصلت على هيئة الزكاة والضريبة لتاكيد المعلومة اللي مذكورة في موقعهم واكدوا انه لا يوجد قيمة ضريبة مضافة وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء للشركة كان ردهم كالتالي
"مو معقول انه الشركة ما تعرف القوانين" و "هذا الشيء متعارف عليه انه تدفع ٤٠٠٠ ريال في حال الحادث" بدال التاكد من المعلومة او رفعها للادارة المختصة في الشركة
