The new site doesn’t work at all
Impossible to create a profile on the new site, it simple doesn’t work.
Useless
I downloaded the app and can’t even start it on my iPhone. When opening the app it tells me that there is an update available and when I go to update, it tells me the app is open. Going around in circles. Very disappointed
Stuck on address registration
I got stuck on the address part when trying to register when creating a front store. Can you assist with the problem? I don’t even know if I should be rating, it can be frustrating 🙆🏽♂️

Great App
It’s an awesome help especially during the COVID-19 times as all business need help with marketing and we as consumer’s need help finding the right people to do the job with convenience and now at our fingertips. The App also seems to be user friendly and doesn’t take up too up phone memory. However when purchasing anything over the internet, especially services, I do like to see previous customers’ experiences and reviews before I make my decision which I don’t see on the App hence losing you’ll one star.

Fit for purpose
This is a great app for services. It is easy to find resources to assist with any service that is required. The fact that it is location based, you don’t waste time looking for companies not in your area. It would be nice to have one for establishments as well. Love it.

Great to have an app with local suppliers right at my finger tips. Easy to navigate and use. It will be even greater when more suppliers come online especially suppliers that could cater for home decor to compliment renovations/home improvements. Definitely an App that I will use.

The first thing when opening the app is sign up and log in options - Please allow customer to navigate through the app before they can register.
Include a search bar whereby a keyword can be typed - makes things easier to find things quickly.
Add store review section - it will assist customers to make sound decisions.
Allow landscape mode.
Overall, i like how the app is designed to assist small businesses.

Excellent and helpful
Overall app is very useful , easy to navigate and register however I tried to register for a storefront I requested an invitation code with my email address and it looks like the email with my code is delayed as I’ve been waiting for forever to get.
I love that it offers the user contact options such as calling and email, another thing that might need reconsideration is the fact that when I register using my cellphone number it uses the full number as my username it doesn’t give an option to put an alternative /display username.
This app overall is great as it offers multiple options for required services.

Perfectly Thought App
Thoughtful App that’s so convenient to use, download and signing up was so effortless. Currently I am looking for someone to fix my fridge and the service is offered on the app where I can state the problem and request multiple quotes from different vendors in my area. Making the whole process of calling multiple vendors requesting quotes more simplified as you can do this at your finger tip without hassle.
The app design color used is not much appealing at all, more bright colors like yellow will bring a much vibrant feel. The category search engine is nicely organized and you find what you looking for instantly and more. The quickness and engagement of the app gives a great feeling of satisfaction/confidence that you’ll get help ASAP.
