Run from it if you don’t wan’t to spend your holidays in the chat with this company just to activate your sim correctly. Activated the eSIM and despite it never worked from start they told me I have used my whole plan already.

This was my first time using an eSIM in Morocco and after much research I settled on Yesim. I am so thankful I did. The service was seamless. It was easy to get started and to replenish the eSIM. Poor customer support
very slow and unresponsive customer support for what appears to be an even slower and unreliable sim card. took customer support almost an hour to respond properly and still got me nowhere.
Waste of money Terrible do not use
I payed 30£ for unlimited data 12 hours later they say something and technical issues and says will resolve been 2 days havent resolved it now i have to wait 30 days for a refund waste of money

Used to be good last year when you paid unlimited and got a number. now it’s only data and no number. terrible service also and customer service. use another company
The app is useless
I got this eSIM because several travel videos recommended. But the app is basically useless. Does not tell me how much data I’ve used, how much I have left or anything else. I’m logged in. It shows my email address and the proper currency.
No service in northern cyprus
It doesn’t work in northern cyprus in almost 95% of areas and every time i contact support the can’t solve it

Used in multiple different countries when travelling (KSA, Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco), it’s faster than wifi at the hotels and restaurants so I always rely on this and the signal strength is strong for WhatsApp calls too

Misleading at every turn
Yesim purposely misleads customers by calling the purchase of new eSIMs “top-ups”, when you’re actually forced to forfeit all of the unused bandwidth of the old eSIM. Customer service confidently lies like a hallucinating AI that believes its own rhetoric.
