Happy that I found this app as I manage to get my florasis makeup
Useless customer service
I submitted my first order and was given a discount code to use, like a first order kind of thing. I forgot to use it but immediately emailed them. I never heard from them. I wanted a credit or a new code to use on a future order. After almost 2 weeks with no response, I tried the live chat. I was told they could do nothing. The discount amounted to less than $7. I said I was deleting app and they just lost a potential long-term customer for less than $7. How stupid is that? For now on, I will order from sokoglam.com.
