Login issue - workaround

I had the same login problem someone else reported—I could login through the website but the app refused to recognize my username/password. I used the link in the app for signup/lost password, filled in my name and bar code, and then was told to change my password. It would not accept my previous password because it was too long. When I switched to a shorter password (<15 characters) it started working for me.

Can’t sign up

Im trying to add my bar code and shows the message bar code doesn’t exist.

Can’t login

I’m able to login from the website. When using the same credentials on this app, I get “ooops wrong user name or password”. Pretty useless and annoying. How about some suggestions instead of “ooops”?

Will there be an app for iWatch anytime ?

Not a review, just a question…..is there an iWatch version in the near future? I can’t find it if there is one already

Underrated

Not sure what’s going on with the grumpy reviews. Works very well for me. Maybe my needs are simple? I’m able to check in with the app, see schedules of different locations easily, make reservations with single tap, mark favorites… UX flows are pretty neat. Doesn’t randomly crash. What more do you all want from a gym app??

Worst app ever (and I've seen a few!)

Wow, really? Why are they hiring a high-dollar "philanthropy officer" when their app utterly fails? FIX THIS FIRST!

Where are the YMCA Austin priorities? To generate more donations? Or to serve the community??

FIX THIS APP!

Horrible app - YMCA Austin had better 2 yrs ago

Does nothing well.

It's an MVP disguised as a real product launch

I've been in tech my entire career (35+ years) and honestly guys, you can definitely do better. When I add a swim event to my favorites, I should get a notification telling me registration is open. No such notification appears. That's my biggest gripe, I'm honestly way too exhausted to do your bug testing for you or else I'd help you out.
