Terrible app

Barely functioning app, the fact that this is the only way to make reservations is inexplicably stupid, not to mention it's probably inaccessible to a huge portion of members. Terrible decision

Terrible Experience

This application is not user friendly whatsoever. Consistently doesn’t allow me to login, says that my password is incorrect. there’s also not a way to end your membership remotely. It seems like all the company wants is my data. Would Not Recommend.

Works easily now

Bugs seems to have been fixed, and now it’s super easy to book a class or childcare and see reservations. I like that I can tap to add reservations to ios calendar too easily. A muuuch better system now than the old online reservations.

Horrible app and this is the “improved” one

The app logs me out. I can’t find my class reservations, even though they have sent me an email confirmation. Then I try to log back in. But they say my email does not exist and I must not be a member. I guess being a member for 13 years doesn’t count. The last app was way better for years, until they stopped updating the schedule a year ago, and I was signing up for classes that didn’t exist.

Not Working

Within the new app, members are receiving the error “your membership does not have access to this gym”. Members are unable to reserve classes and critical childcare.
