Very let down, and no customer service😡
not working
when i try to use my yodel app it is only bringing up the “ad” for the inpost but i dont like that app as it wont let me as when i enter in my parcel number and i hit track it comes up with like a yellow screen and it says we couldn’t find your parcel number but i know its correct as i copy the number from my package it’s starting to annoy me

Too many hoops
You cannot access your details without going through useless pop ups and other apps that is not even a feature so why would you want to deter users from accessing your information without going through the hassle of pop up hoops that you have to jump through

Stupid switch to InPost
I have the Yodel app and got items coming but the app keeps telling me to switch to the InPost app but the Yodel tracking won’t work on it so why kill the Yodel app when you’ve not fixed this clear problem!

The app is actually pretty good I like how it lets you see how many stops away your package is however the Inpost app seems like it has alot less features and seems to play up alot and can’t find my packages but this app works seamlessly so I don’t think it should be removed
Ridiculous
Trying to rearrange a delivery of a kitchen door which was delivered to the lockers and surprise surprise didn’t fit. No where on the web page to address this and app does nog recognise order number. Complete waste of time
Parcel not delivered
I was expecting my parcel on Thursday called yodel support team they kept saying it would be delivered next day since

Hostage
Garbage support in the app. Yodel/InPost decided to keep my parcel hostage like a bunch of N*zis and send my parcel to a locker and not my home. Contacted support who basically said F off. Great service

Only ordered my items yesterday. Via email I was informed that it arrived with Yodel overnight. Onto the app, I was then informed of my delivery slot, was able to see where the driver was, with both a count down and map of how far away he was. Get service, thank you.

Absolutely unacceptable service from the YODEL delivery driver and customer support team.
According to the tracking, the driver allegedly attempted delivery on 3 separate occasions, repeatedly claiming there was an access issue. However, there is no proof whatsoever that any delivery attempts were actually made. I have been at home for over a week specifically waiting for this parcel, and no driver has ever contacted me, buzzed the door, left a card, or provided any evidence of an attempted delivery.
To make matters worse, I have called customer service four times over the past two weeks. Each time I was assured that the parcel was on the van and would be delivered shortly. Yet nothing has happened. The tracking simply continues to show vague updates such as “we’ve got your parcel” or “tracking will update soon.”
After more than two weeks of delays, repeated false promises, and no clear information, I am still waiting for my parcel. The lack of accountability, communication, and transparency is extremely frustrating.
Very disappointing experience and not a service I would trust again.
